Future-IoT.org is a PhD school series that was started in 2018 by Marc-Oliver Pahl and Nicolas Montavont. Each year’s motto starts with “IoT meets…”, focusing on usages and knowledge about the Internet of Things. In 2021 we received more than 50 participants in Rennes. Enjoy this photo tour of the fifth and last day in this post. You find all talks and additional videos in the blog.

Day 5 started with the great Keynote “Secure connected, multi-modal mobility and using vehicles as sensors” held by Cora Lisa Perner (Airbus) & Paul-Emmanuel Brun (Airbus). Following the keynote, the Jury members for the student challenge introduced themselves.

The afternoon program started with the pitch presentations of our challenge members. All teams presented great results and interesting insights into their topics. The winners were awarded in the following coronation ceremony.

The closing event concluded the great event with a recap, handout of the certificates, presentation of word clouds that collected the impressions throughout the event, and the final farewell.
